Role & responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Contribute to performance management processes such as goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
Assist in Learning & Development initiatives, training coordination, and tracking.
Maintain and update HR records, employee data, and documentation.
Support HR operations including payroll inputs, insurance, and compliance activities.
Work on HR projects and contribute to process improvements.

What Were Looking For:




Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Graduate in HR or related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
