Roles & Responsibilities
Configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules.
Develop and optimize Discovery, MID Server, and Service Mapping configurations.
Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other platform components.
Design and implement asset lifecycle workflows and automation solutions.
Enhance CMDB accuracy through data normalization, reconciliation, and integration improvements.
Build and support workflow-driven solutions to automate operational processes.
Interpret business and technical requirements and deliver backlog-driven enhancements.
Collaborate with CMDB, IT Operations, and Integration teams to ensure accurate infrastructure and asset data.
Participate in testing, release management, deployment, and post-production support.
Support platform integrations and ensure alignment with ServiceNow development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, and Asset Management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Integration teams, to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
