We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team in Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain solid relationships with Axis Bank customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.




Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and life insurance products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
