we're looking for a high-caliber Program Manager to work on strategic initiatives across the company. This is a high-impact role that blends management consulting problem-solving skills with startup execution hustle. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure review cadence is sharp and insight-driven, and enable faster, better decision-making across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the definition of the vehicles E/E (Electrical/Electronic) architecture.
Develop and maintain system wiring diagrams and network architecture (CAN, LIN).
Define hardware and software interfaces between different ECUs (VCU, BMS, Motor Controller).
Support the selection of architectural components and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW, SW, Mechanical) to resolve architectural conflicts.
Ensure the architecture meets performance, safety, and cost targets.
Technical / Desired Skills:
Solid understanding of automotive E/E systems, vehicle networks (CAN, LIN,
Ethernet), and diagnostics.
Knowledge of automotive hardware and software development lifecycles.
IT/Software skills required : PREEvision, Enterprise Architect, CANoe, Vector CANalyzer, MS Office, AutoCAD.
Behavioural Competencies desired:
Robust system-level thinking and analytical skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
Education background -Essential: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering.
Relevant Minimum/Maximum work experience: 5+ Years of experience in vehicle E/E architecture.
