Bidding Proposal Writing - prepare compelling, customized bids and proposals for clients on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn and other freelance/B2B platforms
Research and identify potential clients across domestic and international markets; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Write persuasive, well-structured project proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements and project scope
Actively respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations) with accurate, competitive bids
Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations to understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals




Coordinate with the technical and design teams to gather inputs and ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with delivery capabilities
Maintain and update CRM tools with leads, deal status, follow-ups, and client communication logs
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and outreach targets
Track competitor activity and market trends to refine pitching strategies
