About the Role

We are looking for a Contract Management qualified to join our team. The role requires strong analytical and coordination skills to understand contract creation requirements and evaluate their impact on billing processes. The position also demands solid contract management skills with a legal acumen, particularly in deals that involve vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract management operations across multiple business segments.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective operational solutions.

• Ensure accuracy in contract creation, documentation, and record-keeping.

• Responsible for reviewing customer-redlined scope of work against master agreements and flag deviations from standard requirements.

• Need to ensure alignment of vendor and customer SOW and highlight risks where customer changes break back-to-back terms.

• Review and analyze Master Agreements to identify customizations and their impact on pricing and contracting.

• Identify risks arising from customer-requested changes that impact back-to-back protections.





• Coordinate with legal, commercial, procurement, and delivery stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and compliance.

• Draft SOWs based on technical requirements, ensuring vendor and customer obligations are clearly captured.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• BBA LLB, BA LLB, or related fields

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Contract Management or Operations.

• Robust understanding of contract management processes, including SOW creation and review.

• Demonstrated ability to review and redline contracts, assess legal risk, and recommend appropriate next steps.

• Experience with vSOW / cSOW structures and back-to-back contract alignment.

• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail with solid problem-solving ability.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Preferred

• Legal training or exposure to commercial/contract law strongly preferred.

• Prior experience in telecom, IT, or managed services industry.

• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
