Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of software applications and systems.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
