As an Asia Regional Operational Excellence Lead, you will help drive our goals by:
Partnering with regional operations leaders across APAC to define priorities and deliver a structured operational excellence roadmap across multiple manufacturing sites.
Leading high-impact improvement programmes that enhance productivity, safety, quality, cost performance and operational efficiency.
Driving adoption of the JM Production System and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Building operational capability through coaching, training and sharing of best practices, tools and governance processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver sustainable business improvements.
Leading and developing a team of Operational Excellence specialists while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:




Black Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification with significant experience delivering transformational operational and financial improvements.
Proven background in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Operations Transformation within complex organisations.
Solid track record of delivering measurable performance improvements across multiple sites or business units.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective relationships across functions, cultures and geographies, notably Asia
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities supported by data-driven decision making.
Experience leading, mentoring and developing improvement teams with a solid focus on execution and delivery.
