About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and retain HNI/UHNI clients while providing investment solutions aligned with their financial goals. The candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, client servicing, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent clients through referrals, networking, digital leads, and cold calling.
Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail investors.
Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment requirements.
Present investment advisory products and services to prospective clients.
Coordinate with Research Analysts and Advisory Teams to deliver investment recommendations.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups.
Cross-sell and upsell investment products and advisory packages.
Conduct portfolio review meetings and provide market updates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.




Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and company policies.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Financial Markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle HNI and affluent clients professionally.
Solid sales and client acquisition capabilities.
Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
NISM Certifications preferred.
Experience in Investment Advisory, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
