Job Description
Proficiency in India taxation forecast and tax compliance filings.
Research, provide insights and impact to the organization regarding latest India tax development/regulations.
Proficiency in resolving tax inquiry follow up with Tax authorities.
Proactively Coordinate, follow up tax projects, tasks with all parties including internal teams, external CPAs, and government/tax authorities until satisfactorily completion.
Responsible for document preparation for the compliance of transfer pricing documentation, including Transfer pricing analysis and report and Country-by-Country Reporting notification etc.
Responsible for direct and indirect advance tax assignments, including computation of quarterly advance tax estimates and quarterly corporate income tax, reconciliation of books tax accounts and returns etc.
Responsible for GST, TDS and Income tax monthly and annual filings and keep record of all tax related documents e.g. tax challans, tax payments record, tax notices and returns etc.
Monitor tax assessments, tax payment trends, and follow up for tax refunds.
Monitor India tax development, provide regular tax updates to manager and assess the relevant tax impacts to the organization on the changes of Indias tax regulations.




Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax representative in regards of tax matters and the tax implication on the companys book.
Assist manager in handling tax notices, enquiries, and audit etc.
Responsible for the timely completion of all tasks assigned by manager.
Skilled verbal and written communication skills in English and Native language.
Experience in taxation at Multinational corporate (MNCs) is preferred.
Experience in preparing GST and Income Tax Computation, reconciliation, monthly and annual return filing on the GST and Income Tax Portals preferred.
Experience in a Chartered Accountants Firm is preferred.
Experience with import and export customs documentation would be an advantage.
Qualified CPA or equivalent is preferred.
