Connect with working professionals through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand candidates' career aspirations, current job roles, and learning requirements.
Counsel prospective learners on upskilling opportunities and recommend relevant certification or skilled courses.
Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, fees, financing options, and career benefits.
Build trust and maintain robust relationships with prospective learners throughout the sales cycle.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into enrolments.
Handle objections effectively and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile
02years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
Experience in selling skilled certification, executive education, or online learning programs is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
