EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Technical Skills:
Min 3+ years of experience in C++ (11,14,17,20)
Good Hands-on experience with Multithreading, Design patterns, OOPS Concept.
TCP/IP configuration (ifconfig, route, bridge, tap, VLAN, etc.).
Valuable to have Communication Protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, ETH and SOME/IP)
Hand on experience in POSIX filesystem
Positive Knowledge in the Automotive/Adaptive AUTOSAR/QNX/Automotive
Designing, developing, and maintaining software, including command line tools like compilers, utilities, and libraries.
Experience in developing safety-oriented Embedded C++ applications with knowledge of safe multithreading, memory management, watchdog handling, fault detection, and fail-safe mechanisms.

Good to have skills:
Experience with any of the communication middleware (DDS, SOME/IP,



ARA:COM, MQTT, gRPC, etc.)
Valuable leadership, communication and presentation skills
Capable of working independently on a given task
Ability to work in and contribute to Agile team setting
Demonstrates significant knowledge of technical problem resolution of issues
Ensure adherence to project timelines and delivery excellence
Good understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety lifecycle, HAZOP , HARA, ASIL classification, safety goals, and safety requirement analysis for automotive software systems.
