3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) including networking, storage, and IAM
Solid experience with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent IaC tools
Solid scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation and tooling
Understanding of database operations, backup strategies, and disaster recovery
Design, deploy, and manage production Kubernetes clusters across multiple availability zones
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, canary deployments, and rollback capabilities
