Job Title: Remote Customer Representative (USA Market)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support for lighting and power outlet products (technical training will be provided).
Handle cold calling and proactive calling to engage with customers.
Manage and track deliveries, shipments, and customer inquiries using Odoo and Outlook.
Coordinate daily with the Belgian and American team and report on progress.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with customers via email and calls.

Requirements:
Fluent English with a USA-compatible accent.
Experience in handling international clients, preferably in customer support or sales.
Familiarity with Odoo, Outlook and Teams is a plus.
Ability to work during USA business hours (Western Time Zone) while being based in India.
Solid communication and organizational skills.

Work Policy:
The employee must work from the office (Golf Course Road, Gurugram).
As per company policy, employees can work from home up to 2 days per month
