Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Analyst to support end-to-end tax compliance, reporting, and audit processes. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Handle GST compliances including return filing, reconciliations, and supporting audit requirements
Assist in responding to departmental notices, assessments, and litigation matters
Support Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and GST audits
Perform monthly ledger and schedule reviews to identify discrepancies and risk areas
Assist in tax planning initiatives and execution of tax strategies




Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for compliance and advisory support
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in tax functions
Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial and tax operations

Qualifications Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CA / CS / CMA (Inter or Qualified) preferred
13 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and reporting
Solid understanding of Indian tax laws
Exposure to audits, assessments, or litigation is an advantage
