Abhee Ventures is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with years of experience, preferably from a reputed real estate builder group. We are seeking candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review quantity take-offs for MEP works
Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control
Evaluate contractor bills, variations, and final accounts
Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation for MEP services
Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
Monitor project progress and ensure cost efficiency
Handle tendering, contract administration, and vendor negotiations

Requirements
Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying
Prior experience with a real estate developer/builder group is mandatory




Robust knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)
Proficiency in quantity surveying tools and MS Excel
Valuable understanding of contracts and commercial aspects
Robust analytical and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
