Purpose of the Position :
Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving Sales / Revenue as indicated in the Annual Business Plan for his Region.
His main responsibilities are as indicated in the funnel i.e. Build brand image & foot print by using best marketing techniques, identify recent market and customer leads, regular follow ups / meeting with the customers / loyalty Programmes, and pitch prospective customers in order to achieve KRAs as listed above.

Job Description :
Focused sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of business available in the market.
Serve existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and market techniques.
Recommend new products, service,



and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in qualified societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Qualification /

Experience / Skills :
BE-Electrical/MBA degree with Marketing, Promotions, Advertising sales, or Business Administration.
Six to Eight year industry sales experience i.e. knowledge of Utility Pole related products is preferable.
