About the Role

Living Retail Space is looking for a creative and customer-focused Design Stylist specializing in Curtain Curation & Selection. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for color, texture, fabric, and interior styling. You will assist clients in selecting curtains and window furnishing solutions that complement their interiors while delivering a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements, design preferences, and project budgets.
Curate and recommend curtain fabrics, patterns, colors, and textures based on the client's interior style.
Provide styling advice for curtains, blinds, sheers, upholstery fabrics, and soft furnishings.
Conduct site visits for window measurements and installation planning when required.
Coordinate with the sales, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay updated with the latest trends in window treatments, fabrics, and interior dcor.
Prepare fabric presentations, mood boards, and styling recommendations for clients.
Maintain product knowledge of curtain collections, hardware, and accessories.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Assist in achieving showroom sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Eligibility




Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Home Furnishing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in curtain styling, home furnishings, interior styling, textile retail, or soft furnishing sales.
Experience in premium furniture or interior showrooms is preferred.

Skills Required
Robust knowledge of curtain fabrics, sheers, blinds, upholstery, and home furnishings.
Positive understanding of color combinations, textures, and interior styling principles.
Excellent customer consultation and communication skills.
Ability to create coordinated styling solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or design software is an added advantage.
Robust presentation and relationship-building skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (Based on experience)
