Role & responsibilities
Own the region's P&L; and answer for it to the RCPL Business Head.
Take daily reporting from all PC Managers and hold every centre to standard.
Manage the regional team across packing centres, mandis and logistics.
Hit the region's daily volume and margin targets.
Startegise how to manage SKUs and packing centres, and how to run them more efficiently.
Set the growth agenda which markets to target and how to scale up.
Solve errors and problems as they arise, and keep questioning the system to make it better.
Keep the operation transparent, accurate and well-run.
Report daily.
