Post Loan Disbursement Services: Assist clients with post-disbursement activities, including SOA, Repayment schedule, IT Certificate procedures.
Provide guidance on repayment options, billing inquiries, and other post-loan financial queries.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Service Requests Management: Handle various service requests related to home loans, such as changes in loan terms and disbursement adjustments.




Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
Maintain a record of all service interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Financial Consultation: Offer financial advice and insights to customers, helping them make informed decisions related to their home loan.
Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and accurate information.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in mortgage lending or home loan processing.
Solid understanding of financial products, especially home loans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced workplace.
Proficient in using relevant software and CRM tools.
