Roles and Responsibilities
Provide after-sales service support to customers for farm equipment, tractors, and other agricultural machinery.
Conduct field service calls to diagnose and repair issues with customer-owned equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours billed.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
