Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contractual / Permanent staffing).
Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers.
Build robust relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in contract staffing.
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Robust stakeholder management skills.
