Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth & disbursals across the assigned territory
Onboard, activate & scale Channel Partners (DSA network)
Lead & mentor a high-performing sales team
Ensure robust lead conversion, follow-ups & closures
Build relationships with Banks & NBFCs
Track performance through regular MIS & reporting

Job Requirements:
2 3 years of experience in Loans / BFSI Sales
Proven DSA / Channel Sales exposure
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Experience in team handling & leadership
Hunger to grow in a quick-scaling fintech environment
Good Hike on your previous salary.
