We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented White Labeling Manager to join in Bahadurgarh. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end white labeling operations, coordinating with internal teams, and managing client requirements for private label or third-party branded footwear products.

This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the footwear industry and strong coordination and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete white labeling process from product development to final delivery
Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
Communicate with clients regarding branding, design, labeling, and product specifications
Ensure all products meet required quality standards and client expectations
Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
Work closely with quality control teams to maintain consistency in product output
Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party clients
Handle documentation related to white labeling projects
Resolve client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth





Required Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of white labeling / private labeling processes
Experience in the footwear manufacturing industry (mandatory)
Excellent communication and client coordination skills
Good understanding of production, packaging, and supply chain processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in Footwear Industry is compulsory
Prior experience in white labeling / production coordination preferred
Graduate in any stream (preferred)
