Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage cash collection from customers through field collections.
Coordinate group sales activities with team members.
Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Develop strong relationships with customers to improve business outcomes.
Identify recent business opportunities through field visits.
Job Requirements :
Robust skills in cash collection, field jobs, and group sales.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using technology for productive data management.
Experience in field collections and business sourcing is preferred.
A two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory.
Candidates with a 12th pass qualification can be considered.
