Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Manager to drive B2B IT training solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will understand client learning requirements, design customized training solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and support the complete sales lifecycle from requirement gathering to solution closure.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client business challenges and learning requirements.

Design customized IT training solutions for enterprise customers.

Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams to prepare proposals and solution presentations.

Conduct client meetings, solution demos, and capability presentations.

Prepare RFP/RFI responses and training proposals.

Recommend suitable training programs across Cloud, Data, AI, Cyber Security, DevOps, SAP, Microsoft, AWS, and other technologies.





Support account managers during client discussions and deal closures.

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of training programs.

Maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and identify upselling opportunities.

Track market trends and recommend recent learning solutions.

Required Skills

Solid understanding of Corporate IT Training and Learning Solutions.

Experience in solution consulting or pre-sales.

Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.

Experience in preparing proposals, solution documents, and presentations.

Knowledge of enterprise technologies and certification programs.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple prospects.
