About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions using contemporary frameworks and cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent applications that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
Build and optimize AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Fine-tune and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.
Develop AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy through continuous optimization.
Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Deploy AI models using cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.




Required Skills
14 years of experience in AI/ML development.
Robust programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Experience with RAG architecture and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, etc.).
Understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning algorithms.
Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI services into applications.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Valuable understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI Agents and workflow automation.
Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
Familiarity with computer vision or speech processing is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
