Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
Verify prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry records of medicines.
Counsel patients on the proper use, dosage, storage, and possible side effects of medications.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and other healthcare specialists to ensure uninterrupted medicine availability.
Maintain pharmacy records, billing, and documentation accurately.
Adhere to ethical standards and promote patient safety at all times.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm).
Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
Positive communication and inventory management skills.
Proficiency in pharmacy billing/software is an added advantage.
