Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of field instruments in the assigned areas.
Ensure timely calibration of process instruments, analyzers, and transmitters as per ISO and statutory requirements.
Maintain 100% availability and reliability of CEMS, AAQMS, and other critical environmental monitoring systems.
Plan shutdown activities, prepare material indents, and ensure availability of critical spares.
Execute instrumentation modification, automation improvement, and CAPEX/project activities.
Maintain preventive maintenance records, calibration history, equipment health reports, and technical documentation.
Monitor equipment performance, analyze recurring failures, and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
Supervise shift maintenance activities, allocate manpower, and ensure timely closure of breakdowns.
Train and develop frontline maintenance personnel on secure work practices and instrumentation systems.
Ensure compliance with IMS, safety standards, statutory requirements, and environmental regulations.
