Summary:As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME,



collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Solid analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
