Role & Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the store.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work allocation.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Maintain product availability and proper shelf display.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the store.
Coordinate with the billing, sales, and warehouse teams.
Handle cash closing and daily sales reports when required.
Train and guide store staff on company policies and procedures.
Ensure smooth store operations and achievement of sales targets.
