Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.




Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in IT enabled services or BPO.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
