Role & responsibilities

we want to appoint an energetic, career-oriented, young & aggressive SALES & MARKETING candidate to support our business expansion path, in Coimbatore, Madurai, Gujarat, Mumbaii regions. Heshe can work from their home, but shall travel, visit clients, generate enquiries & sales leads
Market Penetration & Sales
Identify, develop, and engage potential customers in steel fabrication units, shipyards, marine and related industries.
Conduct machine demonstrations and presentations, highlighting automation, precision, productivity, and energy efficiency.
Support customers in understanding technical specifications and selecting the right equipment solutions.
Strategic Marketing & Relationship Management
Drive digital lead generation and follow up on qualified prospects.
Build and maintain solid relationships with C-suite executives, senior plant managers, and decision-makers.




Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline across India.

Coordinate with principals and internal teams for proposals, negotiations, and closures

Preferred candidate profile
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
About 2 years of working experience in Fabrication shops
Solid ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative

Skills & Attributes
Solid technical understanding with commercial orientation. .
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
Self-starter with high ownership, responsibility, and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and site engagements.

Languages
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of regional/local languages is a strong advantage for site interactions.
