Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-impact Manager – Sales Training to lead and drive the training function for our sales teams. This role will be responsible for building scalable training frameworks, improving sales effectiveness, and driving measurable performance outcomes across teams. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, aligning training initiatives with business goals, GTM strategies, and revenue targets. You will play a key role in building a high-performing, conversion-focused sales team through structured training, coaching, and continuous capability development.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end sales training strategies and frameworks
Lead training delivery for new hires, tenured teams, and leadership cohorts (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job)
Drive training on product knowledge, sales processes, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques
Identify performance gaps through data analysis, call audits, and field observations, and implement targeted interventions
Conduct advanced role plays, mock calls, and simulations to improve team effectiveness
Coach and mentor sales executives and managers to improve conversion ratios and productivity




Partner with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and GTM strategies
Establish and track training KPIs, effectiveness metrics, and ROI on training initiatives
Build and maintain training content, playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge repositories
Drive onboarding, refresher training, and continuous learning programs
Manage and optimize LMS, CRM tools, and training platforms
Lead, mentor, and scale the sales training team (if applicable)

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in Sales Training / Sales Enablement
Solid expertise in inside sales / field sales environments and performance metrics
Proven ability to design and scale training programs across teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
Solid analytical mindset with ability to link training to business outcomes
Hands-on experience with LMS, CRM, and sales productivity tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Certification in sales training, coaching, or facilitation is an added advantage
Experience in education/edtech, BPO, or high-volume sales environments preferred
