Responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering interior fit-out projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop space planning layouts, design concepts, and detailed working drawings.
Prepare construction drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and site execution teams.
Excellent in making & reviewing drawings and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve design and technical issues during execution.
Ensure timely delivery of projects as per approved drawings and project schedules.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Excel.
Robust knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and fit-out execution.
Positive technical understanding of interior construction and site coordination.
Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
