Role Overview:
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing product value by defining vision, managing the backlog, and guiding Agile teams. The role requires robust business acumen and exposure to AI-powered or intelligent products.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
Write explicit user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and customer pain points
Work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Accept or reject deliverables based on defined acceptance criteria
Drive prioritization and delivery of AI-driven features, insights, or automation capabilities
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile teams
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles




Experience working closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
Strong decision-making and backlog prioritization skills

Nice-to-Have:
Scrum certifications (CSPO, PSPO)
Exposure to AI engagements such as GenAI features, recommendation systems, intelligent automation, or analytics-driven products
Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or digital platform settings

Soft Skills:
Strong product mindset and customer empathy
Data-driven and outcome-oriented thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to make clear decisions under ambiguity
