Title: Microsoft Copilot ArchitectLocation: Hyderabad Or Bangalore Experience: 15+ years

Role Summary:
As a Copilot Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of scalable Copilot and Agentic Al solutions.
You will define technical blueprints, ensure integration across Microsoft's GenAl stack, and guide development teams through the full lifecycle of agentic Al implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure Al Foundry, and Microsoft Agent Framework.
Design multi-agent systems using Wipro IntelliAgent Builder, AutoGen, or Microsoft's orchestration tools.
(Nice to Have) Define solution blueprints, data flows, and prompt libraries for prioritized use-cases.
Oversee integration with Microsofts Graph API, Fabric, and enterprise data sources.
Establish governance frameworks for security, compliance, and version control.
Lead feasibility assessments, KPI definition, and ROI modeling for Al use-cases.




Mentor developers and ensure alignment with UHG's enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills:
Deep expertise in Microsoft GenAl stack: Copilot Studio, Azure Al Foundry, Azure OpenAl, and Graph API.
Experience in designing multi-agent architectures, planning algorithms, and reinforcement learning loops.
Solid understanding of enterprise data integration, semantic search, and model orchestration.
Proven ability to lead design thinking workshops stakeholder alignment, and technical reviews Familiarity with observability, CI/CD, and security frameworks in Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years in Al architecture or enterprise solution design.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AI Engineer Associate.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or compliance-heavy domains.
