Job Title: Call Center Executive Outbound Calls & Secondary Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound domestic calls to customers for product information and support.
Promote secondary sales for Paint products without fixed targets.
Maintain customer database and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate with sales/operations teams and ensure smooth order processing.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills in English & Hindi.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MIS reporting.
Customer-oriented, persuasive, and computer-savvy.
Call center or telesales experience is a plus.
