What you’ll do:
Oversee classroom operations, LMS processes, and academic logistics
Manage assessments, examinations, and attendance governance
Drive service excellence for faculty and student support
Use operational data and insights to continuously improve academic processes

Who we’re looking for:

Robust experience in academic/program operations or education management

Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in rapid-paced environments

Mandatory requirement-

Prior experience in excel & Data management.
