About the Role

MNR University is seeking an experienced and agile Medical Recruiter (HR) to manage end-to-end recruitment for medical colleges, hospitals, and allied healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in hiring doctors, medical faculty, nursing, and allied healthcare specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical and allied healthcare positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Verify educational qualifications, medical registrations, and experience documents.
Build and maintain a strong database of doctors, faculty members, and healthcare professionals.




Generate recruitment reports and maintain candidate trackers.
Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA (HR) is preferred.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical/Healthcare Recruitment.
Experience in recruiting doctors, medical faculty, nursing, and allied healthcare professionals is mandatory.
Experience in medical colleges, hospitals, or healthcare organizations will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of medical qualifications and healthcare hiring practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
