Empower| CDS| ELN| Java| SQL| We are looking for a skilled Empower Global CDS Specialist to manage and support Waters Empower Chromatography Data Systems in a regulated laboratory workplace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Empower CDS (Global Deployment)
along with strong knowledge of laboratory workflows| system validation| and compliance requirements in pharma| biotech| or chemical industries.Administer and support Waters Empower Global CDS settings across multiple sitesPerform system configuration| user management| and access controlLead and execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities including IQ| OQ| and PQEnsure compliance with GxP regulations| including 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standardsTroubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutionCollaborate with lab users| QAQC| and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancementsManage system upgrades| patches| and global deploymentsSupport integration with other enterprise systems such as LIMS| ELN| and ERPCreate and maintain documentation including SOPs| validation protocols| and user guidesConduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing technical supportDrive continuous improvement initiatives in lab informatics systemsExperience working in a multi-siteglobal deployment environmentExposure to other lab systems like LIMS| ELN| or SDMSKnowledge of SQL| scripting| or system integrations (APIs)Certification in Waters Empower CDSBackground in Chemistry| Life Sciences| or related field
