Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor construction activities related to canals, pipelines, reservoirs, pump houses, and other irrigation structures.
Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate with planning, survey, quality, billing, and subcontractor teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor manpower, machinery, materials, and productivity at site to achieve project targets.
Prepare progress reports, measurements, work quantities, and client/subcontractor billing records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company procedures.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities regarding project-related activities.
Identify and resolve site execution issues to maintain uninterrupted project progress
