Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) English

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT English Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII). The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students through engaging and interactive teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Teach English Language and Literature to senior secondary students.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning materials.
Evaluate students' academic performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
Foster critical thinking, communication, reading, and writing skills among students.




Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments, where applicable.
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom workplace.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in English from a recognized university.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
CTET/TET qualification (if applicable as per school requirements).
Robust command of spoken and written English.
