Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer – Road Infrastructure with 4–6 years of experience in highway, roadway, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D for road design, corridor modeling, grading, and utility coordination. Experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BIM models for road and highway infrastructure projects using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Prepare horizontal and vertical alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies, and cross-sections.
Perform grading design, earthwork calculations, and surface modeling.
Create plan, profile, and section drawings as per project standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including utilities, drainage, and structural disciplines.
Ensure BIM models comply with client requirements and project specifications.
Review design outputs for accuracy, quality, and constructability.




Participate in clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination.
Support project documentation and model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain BIM standards and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
Experience in road, highway, or transportation infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of alignments, corridors, grading, surfaces, and earthwork calculations.
Ability to prepare construction drawings and BIM deliverables.
Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer.
Knowledge of drainage, utilities, and transportation design standards.
Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks is an advantage.
