We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive- Talent Acquisition to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry, with 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
