Roles & Responsibilities:
To handle 2 critical tier-0 payment services on their support, incident, user queries
Perform all the production changes including preparation, representation in CAB and implementing them on production
Practical experience working within Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes and associated procedures.
Experience operating in high-frequency change settings, including the adoption, engineering, and execution of automated CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of Unix fundamentals and shell scripting for automation, diagnostics, and operational support.




Demonstrated capability in production incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and implementing effective fixes to restore service.
Skilled in maintaining production system health,monitoring stability, and proactively addressing risks to service availability.
Comfortable working in Agile/DevOps environments,supporting continuous delivery while maintaining production stability.
Solid communication skills, with the ability to contribute effectively during production/crisis calls and provide explicit technical updates.
Customer-focused mindset, translating customer needs into reliable support outcomes and consistently delivering high-quality service.
