We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO and 2 to 7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of operations specialists to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and change management.
