Lead and guide a team effectively, utilizing robust leadership capabilities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Solid technical knowledge of sheet metal and assembly line machinery, along with a foundational understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Proficient in handling sheet metal and assembly line machines,



including Amada machines, hydraulic machines, injection molding, gas charging, and ultrasonic machines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration across departments.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a curious mindset for continuous learning and improvement.
Integrity and honesty in all communications and actions.
