1.Handling, maintaining and implementation of QMS system and to ensure the compliance with regulatory standards.

2.Responsible to reviewing, evaluating and identifying the action items/assignments of change controls, Incidents, CAPAs and coordinate with cross functional departments for closure.
Involve in the investigation and identify the root cause for non-conformities raised in the system. Accordingly, ensure its CAPA and compliance.
Responsible for trending the change controls, Incidents and CAPAs.
Handle the market complaints and ensure the appropriate CAPA and compliance.

6.Preparation of self-inspection schedule, and coordinate the internal auditors for completion of audits reports and ensure the self-inspection response.
Maintenance of QMS log registers i.e. Change control, Incidents, CAPA, Investigation, Self-inspection, Market complaints and Risk Assessments.

8.Quality Management system SOPs preparation and review
