Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Solution Architect with solid expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java backend technologies, ReactJS frontend development, and leading technical teams.

Preference: Immediate Joiners or candidates with a Notice Period of up to 30 days will be given priority.

Design and develop scalable enterprise applications.
Lead and mentor a team of 58 developers.
Design and implement Microservices and REST APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.




Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices.
Support CI/CD processes and application deployments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in Java application development.
Robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, Databases, Jenkins, MongoDB, and ReactJS.
Proven experience leading a team of 5–8 members.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to a 30-day notice period are preferred.
